4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant on gostore, you are responsible for:

• The content you upload to your store (products, images, text).
• Compliance with all applicable Algerian laws regarding commerce, taxation, and consumer protection.
• Providing high-quality service and accurate information to your customers.
• Fulfilling orders and handling returns in accordance with your store policies.

5. Fees and Payments

Some features of gostore are subject to subscription fees. All fees are clearly stated on our pricing page. You agree to pay all applicable fees for your chosen plan. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not use gostore for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes selling prohibited items, engaging in fraudulent activities, or attempting to compromise the security of our platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the gostore platform belong to us. You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store, but you grant us a license to use that content as necessary to provide our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the competent courts of Algiers.
